1. Dimensions available as bellow:
1) 15mm ≤ base diameter (Φ D) ≤ 120mm
(I. E. Min base diameter is 15mm, and max base diameter is 120mm. )
2) 4mm ≤ Stem diameter (Φ D) ≤ 25mm
(I. E. Min stem diameter is 4mm, and max stem diameter is 25mm)
3) 45mm ≤ Length of engine valve (L) ≤ 450mm
(I. E. Min length of engine valve is 45mm, and max length of engine valve is 450mm)
2. General Materials for choice as bellow:
1) Intake valve: 40Cr, 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) or 4Cr10Si2Mo (SUH3)
2) Exhaust valve: 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1), 4Cr10Si2Mo (SUH3) or 21-4N (SUH35)
Thereof, 40Cr, 4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) and 4Cr10Si2Mo (SUH3) are magnetic to magnet. But 21-4N (SUH35) does not have magnetism.
Our advised material combination to high quality of engine valves:
4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) for intake valve
21-4N (SUH35) for exhaust valve
Upon customers' requests, exhaust valves can adopt a special technique, friction welding to weld two materials, 4Cr9Si2 and 21-4N together to save costs,
For Common quality of engine valves:
40Cr for intake valve
4Cr9Si2 (SUH1) for exhaust valve
3. Professional processing technology to engine valves:
Chrome plating, nitrification, Oxygenation, U type quenching to stem top, quenching to conical surface, grinding to chrome-plated conical surface, friction welding (bi-metal butt welding), simultaneous grinding to tri-groove, and metallic powder resurfacing welding etc.
4. Quality policy:
1) The factory has been ISO9001: 2000 and TS16949 certificated.
2) 100% inspection before shipment release.
3) Roundness tolerance is controlled within 0.005mm; Diameter tolerance of valve stem is less than 0.01mm.
4) Quality guarantee: 30 kilometers of driving for 40Cr (intake valve) and 4Cr9Si2 (exhaust valve); 60 kilometers of driving for 4Cr9Si2 (intake valve) and 21-4N (exhaust valve).
